Contacting Clown Town for Bookings
We finalize all bookings over the phone. If you'd like to get your event on our schedule, you’re welcome to call the office at any time! Should we be on the other line or out clowning around, please leave a message with your name and number, as well as the date of your event, your city, and preferred start time. This will allow us to check the schedule to determine if we can come out to play. We’ll return your call as soon as possible.
We encourage you to spend time exploring our website, since you can find most of your questions answered here. You can email your initial inquires to the clown office, but all bookings are finalized over the phone!
For Private Parties:
Once you’ve decided to invite a Daizy to your event, we speak directly to take all of your information.
If your event is less than 2 weeks away, you’ll be emailed a confirmation and asked to reply back to us verifying all of your details are correct. Please check your spam and junk mail folders for your confirmation email, too! Included will be instructions on how and where to send your deposit.
For events more than 2 weeks in the future, we send you a booking confirmation through the mail. There will be two copies of the confirmation: one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and send back to us in the self-addressed, stamped envelope we will provide you.
We do deposits on all of our parties. Deposits can be a check or money order sent back in the self-addressed , stamped envelope we’ve provided. We can also arrange for PayPal and Venmo deposits. The amount of your deposit is determined by the service you book, and for how long.
When your deposit has been received, we will send you another email or give you a call to let you know your party is confirmed.
After that, the Call Checker does Friday night confirmation calls to all the clients for the upcoming weekend, to touch base with everyone one last time before we kick off the fun.
Your performer will then collect the remaining balance in cash, cash only, at the time of the party.
For Corporate Events:
When booking the Daizies for corporate events, your confirmation will be emailed along with an invoice.
We can also provide a W9, if necessary. We can provide our Certificate of Insurance and have your organization listed as Additionally Insured, should it be necessary, as well.
You will get a Friday call during business hours before the weekend of your event.
The performer will pick up your company check in full on the day, and bring it back to the office on our behalf.
